Test

            I agree with Elbert Hubbard's short story, and his story is till relevant today! Every man/woman who wants to succeed needs to take initiative, discard incompetence, strive for excellence, and be inspired. Taking initiative "is the ability to assess and initiate things independently." This is one of the main points that Mr. Elbert Hubbard is hitting on. He said "He is wanted in every city, town, and village - in every office, shop, store and factory. The world cries out for such; he is needed, and needed badly—the man who can find Garcia." He is also saying don't be the average man because he is incompetent, which in our culture today is also mainly still true, we should all strive for excellence to be above the general population. and his last point if a man/woman is the smartest, most competent man/woman ever, but does not have inspiration, he/she is useless. "I know one man of really brilliant parts who has not the ability to manage a business of his own, and yet who is absolutely worthless to anyone else, because he carries with him constantly the insane suspicion that his employer is oppressing, or intending to oppress, him. He can not give orders, and he will not receive them. Should a message be given him to take to Garcia, his answer would probably be, “Take it yourself.”"

• I am going to use a planner in all my classes.
• Mr. Schick is helping us with study habits by making us write our notes down twice so we can recall them more easily, i am going to use this in other classes  as well.
•  I am going to get as much work as i can finished during my free mod so when i get home after sports I can go to bed at a semi-reasonable hour. 
• I am going to take as many good notes as i can in all of my classes.
• i'm going to turn off my phone/social media while i do my homework.
